As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Trickle, you will work closely with both clients and partners. Together with the rest of the team, you will handle and advise a number of different clients - from start-ups to large enterprises.

Maybe you have a fancy marketing degree, or maybe you're self-taught - it doesn't really matter to us. As long as you're a data-driven "do-er" who loves digital marketing, we know we'll get along well.

Key qualifications:

  • An excellent understanding of how the internet works and how that effects marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of advertising in paid social media, programmtic, search engine (Google Ads) or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of MarTech, SEO, tracking and analytics.
  • Fluent in Swedish and high competency in English. Another Nordic language in your arsenal is a plus!
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ambition to develop not only yourself, but your team and collaborators.

Tasks 'n responsibilities

  • Responsible for project and customer management.
  • Act as a steady advisor for a varied customer portfolio, and develop (as well as implement) holistic strategies based on the customers’ goals.
  • Act as a specialist in at least one, and a generalist in the other, of the following disciplines:
    • Set up, manage and optimize campaigns on SoMe (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest), programmatic and Google Ads.
    • Analyze results and behavior in various analysis tools (Google Analytics, Piwik, Looker Studio, Matomo etc) to increase conversion or reach performance targets.
    • Carry out work and consultancy relating to SEO/SEM optimisation.
    • Carry out work and consultancy relating to MarTech/Marketing Automation in HubSpot.
  • Strategically and tactically increase growth and value for our customers.
  • Build customized reports, analyze and present results.
  • Pass on data-driven insights and recommendations to content creators.
  • Have a strong desire to learn and develop within the latest technologies, tactics and platforms. You should enjoy sharing strategies, findings and key insights on your own initiative both internally and externally.
