This team spans a mix of specialist roles &mdash; Paid social\/Programmatic Specialists, SEM Specialists, Tracking &amp; analytics Specialists and Client &amp; Business Developers &mdash; working together across Trickle&#8217;s client roster.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The role combines people leadership with continued hands-on work within your own specialist area: roughly <\/span><b>40% is dedicated to people management and internal responsibilities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, while <\/span><b>60% is client-related work<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It requires a strong personal engagement in Trickle&#8217;s overall growth and development as a company.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<div class=\"TextBlock\">\n            <h2 class=\"TextBlock-Heading\">What you&#039;ll actually do<\/h2>\n                <div class=\"TextBlock-Wysiwyg\">\n            <p><b>Team leadership &amp; people development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act as the immediate manager for the people in your team and support their professional development.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and follow up on individual development plans together with each team member.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hold regular one-on-ones and be a present, everyday leader.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Run annual salary conversations and drive the team&#8217;s salary review process.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Resource planning &amp; economy<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Own your team&#8217;s utilization, both on an individual and group level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow up on the team&#8217;s budget, forecast and time reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan project resourcing together with Trickle&#8217;s other Team Leads.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build a solid understanding of project profitability and how your team affects it.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Process &amp; quality<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make sure internal and external processes are followed within your team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribute to developing more effective ways of working.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Help ensure Trickle delivers at the cutting edge in every part of the work.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Culture, recruitment &amp;
