Kundeportef&oslash;ljen v&aring;r er variert, med b&aring;de store merkevarer og selskaper i vekst.<\/p>\n<p>N&aring; ser vi etter deg som vil ta styringen for v&aring;re 9 ansatte og to kontorer i Norge: lede folk, eie kunder, drive vekst og v&aelig;re den som s&oslash;rger for at det b&aring;de er trivelig p&aring; kontoret og ryddig i tallene.<\/p>\n<p>M&aring;let fremover er tydelig: videre organisk vekst, forn&oslash;yde samarbeidspartnere og flere nye kunder. Og ikke minst, v&aelig;re et skikkelig bra sted &aring; jobbe og beholde v&aring;r kultur og egenart.<\/p>\n<p><b>Dette er de viktigste oppgavene<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Sette retning, prioriteringer og tempo for Trickle i Norge.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ansvar for noen av de viktigste kundene og v&aelig;re tett p&aring; leveransene<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Bygge pipeline: new business, pitcher\/anbud og utvikling av portef&oslash;ljen.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ansvar for team og drift: rekruttering, l&oslash;nnssamtaler, kapasitet og utvikling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Hvem rollen kan passe for<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dette kan v&aelig;re en perfekt &laquo;neste&raquo; jobb hvis du allerede har f&aring;tt smaken p&aring; lederansvar i byr&aring; (eller et tilsvarende milj&oslash;), og vil eie mer av helheten: folk + kunder + business. Du trenger ikke v&aelig;re den tyngste fagspesialisten, men du m&aring; forst&aring; performance godt nok til &aring; ta beslutninger og ha troverdig dialog med b&aring;de kunder og team.<\/p>\n<p>Du har jobbet tett p&aring; b&aring;de kunder, kollegaer og &oslash;konomi, og motiveres av &aring; utvikle relasjoner, skape vekst og f&aring; ting til &aring; skje. Kanskje har du ogs&aring; erfaring med salg eller kundeutvikling, og et nettverk du kan aktivere.<\/p>\n<p>Som leder er du tydelig, &aelig;rlig og til stede. Du tar ansvar, f&oslash;lger opp, ber om hjelp n&aring;r du trenger det, og st&aring;r st&oslash;dig n&aring;r det bl&aring;ser litt.
