Organic search is your home turf: you make sure our clients get found, whether their customers are googling or asking AI tools like ChatGPT.<\/p>\n<p>You take operational and proactive ownership: driving projects forward, improving our clients&rsquo; organic visibility and contributing to the development of both our clients and our ways of working. You work closely with clients and colleagues, and you&rsquo;re an important ambassador for the quality of our delivery.<\/p>\n<p>You develop SEO and GEO strategies based on the client&rsquo;s business goals, always with the ambition to challenge them. Your focus is on the traffic, leads and sales that search drives, not just rankings. Experience with paid search is a plus, since the best search strategies combine organic and paid, and you&rsquo;ll have plenty of opportunity to develop that side too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<\/strong> At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SEO. You don&rsquo;t need to have it all figured out. You&rsquo;ll grow into the team, take on more responsibility over time and develop into a senior specialist, with experienced colleagues to learn from along the way.<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<div class=\"TextBlock\">\n            <h2 class=\"TextBlock-Heading\">What you&#039;ll actually do<\/h2>\n                <div class=\"TextBlock-Wysiwyg\">\n            <p>SEO &amp; GEO<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Work with SEO both technically (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site structure, sitemaps) and strategically (keyword and search intent analysis, content gaps, internal linking)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Help clients become visible in AI-driven search, through structured content, authority signals and an understanding of how language models find and cite sources<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Run SEO audits and turn findings into prioritized, concrete action plans<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Work closely with clients&rsquo; content and web teams to make sure recommendations actually get implemented<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Follow up on organic performance and connect it to business outcomes, not just traffic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nBeyond organic\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Support and, over time, take ownership of search campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other relevant channels<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Understand how paid and organic search work together, and use that actively in channel strategy and budget decisions<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Have a solid understanding of tracking and attribution: what&rsquo;s being measured, why, and how it affects your decisions<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">See how your work influences adjacent disciplines like CRM, content and UX, and factor that into your planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nClient dialogue &amp; advisory\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Work closely with clients as an advisor within your areas of responsibility, and push back when needed<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Explain SEO and GEO in a clear, pedagogical way through dashboards, reports and presentations<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Proactively identify improvement potential and put concrete recommendations on the table<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Participate in meetings, presentations and ongoing dialogue with the client team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nCollaboration &amp; internal development\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Act as a sparring partner for colleagues within and beyond your own team<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Share insights and learnings from client work, tests and changes in the search landscape<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Contribute to improving workflows and internal processes<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Get involved in pitch and upsell work, primarily upsell, but new business when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<div class=\"TextBlock\">\n            <h2 class=\"TextBlock-Heading\">You&#039;re the right fit if you<\/h2>\n                <div class=\"TextBlock-Wysiwyg\">\n            <ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with SEO, in-house or at an agency<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Are curious about how AI is changing search, and want to be part of shaping how brands stay visible<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Are data-driven, but understand that numbers need to be interpreted and communicated, not just reported<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Are comfortable explaining technical topics to people who aren&rsquo;t technical<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Want to grow.
