You&#8217;re expected to take operational and proactive ownership &ndash; driving projects forward, optimizing digital channels and contributing to the development of both our clients and our ways of working. You work closely with clients and colleagues alike, and you&#8217;re an important ambassador for the quality of our delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Your role means being the driving force in campaign work and channel decisions &ndash; with a data-driven approach and a solid understanding of the client&#8217;s business. You develop strategies and tactics based on the client&#8217;s goals and objectives, but always with the ambition to challenge them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong> At least 4 years of hands-on experience in paid social &ndash; ideally in an agency context where you&#8217;ve managed multiple clients and channels in parallel &ndash; and where programmatic buying has been a natural part of your toolkit.<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<div class=\"TextBlock\">\n            <h2 class=\"TextBlock-Heading\">What you&#039;ll actually do<\/h2>\n                <div class=\"TextBlock-Wysiwyg\">\n            <p><b>Campaigns &amp; delivery<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan, execute, optimize and manage programmatic buys in platforms such as AdForm, BidTheatre and others<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work operationally with media planning, implementation, tracking and analysis &ndash; from setup to final reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drive continuous, data-backed improvement through ongoing A\/B testing<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage budgets, forecasts and reporting in close dialogue with clients and account leads<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work in line with the overarching strategy to ensure impact and relevance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Specialist expertise<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay sharp on platform changes, algorithm updates and new ad solutions within paid social and programmatic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understand how paid and organic efforts work together &ndash; and use that actively in channel strategy and budget allocation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">See how your work influences adjacent disciplines like paid search and content &ndash; and factor that into your planning<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Collaboration &amp; internal development<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act as a sparring partner for colleagues within and beyond your own team<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Share insights and learnings from client work and channel tests<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actively contribute to improving workflows and internal processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in onboarding of new colleagues within your area of expertise when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get involved in pitch and upsell work &ndash; primarily upsell, but new business when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide input to scoping and offering work<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Client dialogue &amp; advisory<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work closely with clients and act as an advisor within your areas of responsibility &ndash; you push back when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visualize results and insights in a clear, pedagogical way through dashboards and presentations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proactively identify improvement potential and put concrete recommendations on the table<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in meetings, presentations and ongoing dialogue with the client team<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/b><\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<div class=\"TextBlock\">\n            <h2 class=\"TextBlock-Heading\">You&#039;re the right fit if you<\/h2>\n                <div class=\"TextBlock-Wysiwyg\">\n            <ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Have <strong>at least 4 years of hands-on experience<\/strong> working operationally with paid social &ndash; from strategy and implementation to reporting and recommendations<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Are data-driven at your core, but understand that numbers need to be interpreted and communicated &ndash;
