We are growing fast, and if you want to be part of a fast moving agency, this is definitely for you.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<div class=\"TextBlock\">\n            <h2 class=\"TextBlock-Heading\">Key qualifications:<\/h2>\n                <div class=\"TextBlock-Wysiwyg\">\n            <ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An excellent understanding of how the internet works and how that affects marketing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A minimum of 2 years experience of advertising in paid social media, programmatic, search engine (Google Ads) or similar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic knowledge of MarTech, SEO, tracking and analytics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fluent in Swedish and high competency in English. Another Nordic language in your arsenal is a plus!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A collaborative mindset with the ambition to develop not only yourself, but your team and collaborators.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<div class=\"TextBlock\">\n            <h2 class=\"TextBlock-Heading\">Tasks &#039;n&#039; responsibilities:<\/h2>\n                <div class=\"TextBlock-Wysiwyg\">\n            <ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for project and customer management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act as a steady advisor for a varied customer portfolio, and develop (as well as implement) holistic strategies based on the customers&rsquo; goals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act as a specialist in at least one, and a generalist in the other, of the following disciplines:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set up, manage and optimize campaigns on SoMe (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest), programmatic and Google Ads.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analyze results and behavior in various analysis tools (Google Analytics, Piwik, Looker Studio, Matomo etc) to increase conversion or reach performance targets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carry out work and consultancy relating to SEO\/SEM optimisation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carry out work and consultancy relating to MarTech\/Marketing Automation in HubSpot.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategically and tactically increase growth and value for our customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build customized reports, analyze and present results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pass on data-driven insights and recommendations to content creators.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a strong desire to learn and develop within the latest technologies, tactics and platforms.
