Tracking Specialist


As a Tracking Specialist at Trickle you will working closely with our clients and partners, and together with the rest of your team, serve and advise a wide range of clients; from start ups to large business enterprises.

Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, crunch and enthusiastically get hands-on in our clients tracking. You will be a day-to-day grinder in matters of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, dashboards and pixel management. You’ll support our content distribution, performance marketing and search engine marketing teams with audits, implementations and data visualization. Additionally, you love to find correlations and insights in data and tracking that can serve to optimize our efforts. If you’ve got that extra sumthin’, sumthin’, a can-do attitude and analytical mindset, we’re sure to get a long perfectly.

Key qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 years experience of implementing tracking through Google Tag Manager (or similar).
  • A minimum of 1 years experience – and mid to deep understanding – of Google Analytics.
  • A strong familiarity of social media and search engine marketing, and the tracking challenges and possibilities that comes along with it.
  • A strong familiarity with visualization and dashboard tools (such as Google Data Studio).
  • (Preferred) experience with JavaScript or equivalent.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language and excellent level of business English.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skill.
  • A collaborative mindset with ambition to evolve not only yourself, but a team and partners as well.
  • An excellent understanding of how the internet works and how that effects marketing.

Tasks 'n responsibilities

  • Set up, manage and optimize tracking for our clients across social media, SEM, app campaigns and on-site.
  • Build dashboards and serve maintenance.
  • Assist our Analytics Lead to strategically develop Trickle’s tracking and analysis offering, assist in new business pitches and development of existing clients.
  • Present data, findings and tracking plans in client meetings.
  • Identify, analyze, and optimize performance and behavior in Google
  • Analytics to increase conversion or performance objectives.
  • Strive to learn and evolve within the latest technologies, tactics and platforms. Proactively share strategies, findings and key insights internally and externally.
