Lead, Oslo



Trickle started out in Stockholm, Sweden, 2017 and has since grown at a rapid phase. We are now expanding to more Nordic markets, which is why we are looking to ramp up our local presence in Oslo. If you want to play a key role in managing our Norwegian business and be a the forefront of content distribution, we’d love to hear from you!

What we expect

We believe you have worked with data analysis, social ads, digital marketing and content distribution in some capacity or another. You’ve done a deep dive into Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and perhaps even other forms of media buying. What you don’t already know, you’re eager to learn. You are, of course, familiar with setting up digital strategies, tactics, goals, campaigns and identifying target audiences and you can easily share these with clients, stakeholders and partners.


Perhaps you have a fancy marketing degree, agency experience or you’ve learned by doing – it really doesn’t matter to us. As long as you’re a data-driven do:er who lives and breathes digital distribution, we’re sure to get along perfectly.


We don’t believe in hierarchies – and you probably shouldn’t either. At Trickle we do stuff together. We’re growing at a fast pace, so if you’re interested in being part of really building something from the ground up – this is the next challenge for you!

Tasks 'n responsibilities

  • Work from our offices in the heart of Oslo and manage relationships with our partner agencies in Norway. This includes for example sharing strategies, knowledge and key insights.
  • Manage and develop our offering to make sure Trickle is at the forefront of content distribution and digital marketing on the Norwegian market.
  • Responsible for business development with the goal to acquire new clients and partnerships to grow Trickles business and presence on the Norwegian market.
  • Together with the Stockholm team execute strategies and tactics for our Norwegian clients when it comes to all digital platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads and programmatic buying.
  • Together with the Stockholm team developing digital marketing strategies and plans, as well as carrying them out.
  • Together with the Stockholm team build dashboards and custom reports to then analyze and share results with our clients.
  • Analyze data and target audiences to provide key insights for content producers in terms of creative.
