Business Developer


Trickle started out in Stockholm, Sweden, 2017 and is growing at a rapid speed, with clients worldwide. We're now looking for a biz dev genius to help us ramp up and scale. This is a key role at Trickle and will require a whole lotta can-do spirit and passion for digital marketing. Something for you? Alright. Let's talk.

What we expect

We believe you have previous experience from digital marketing, with all that it entails (digital analysis, social media and search engine marketing etc.). You also have a proven track record with business development and sales. You know how to secure new biz, upsell and spot opportunities for growth. Your main focus will be new clients, but you will also work closely with both the operational and strategical teams to identify what can be done to secure Trickle’s aggressive growth goals.
Perhaps you have a fancy degree, or perhaps you’ve learned by doing – it really doesn’t matter to us. As long as you’re a do:er who lives and breathes our philosophy, we’re sure to get along perfectly.
We don’t believe in hierarchies – and you probably shouldn’t either. At Trickle we do stuff together. We’re growing at a fast pace, so if you’re interested in being part of really building something from the ground up – this is the next challenge for you!

Tasks 'n responsibilities

  • Work from our offices in Stockholm and generate new business for Trickle.
  • Identify and implement new opportunities for product and client development as well as upselling.
  • Initiate and drive contact with new partners and potential clients.
  • Develop and pitch offering to prospects.
  • Identify procurement leads and develop pitches to match those.
  • Together with team, meet partners, educate and share the Trickle brand and philosophy.
  • Together with the management team, implement new business development thoughts to Trickle’s offering and philosophy.
  • Together with CEO, set up and perfect internal processes for sales and pitches.
  • Analyze data and insights from the operational team to key sales insights.
  • Share strategies, knowledge and key insights internally and with our partner agencies.

You need to master professional English in both spoken and written form.
You need to be able to travel sporadically (both within Sweden and internationally).
